I had a leak in my gas fireplace and reached out to A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating. They were available the next day, and the plumber who came out quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. While he was here, he also took the time to look at a separate plumbing issue and a heating concern. What truly stood out was their honesty and customer-first approach. They sent another plumber out the following day to address the plumbing issue, and when it came to the heating system, they actually recommended that I call the previous servicer because my system was still under warranty. It’s rare to find a company that would pass up a job just to save their customer money, and that speaks volumes about their integrity. From their prompt service and efficiency to the text updates and easy payment process, everything about my experience with A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating was top-notch. Their pricing is fair, their team is knowledgeable, and their commitment to doing right by their customers is truly impressive. Highly recommend!

I had a pin leak on the pipe coming from my well to my tank in the basement. It was leaking gallons of water, and it took me a couple of days to figure it out. I was so happy that Al Fagundes was able to send a plumber the same day as I was pretty stressed and desperate. The person who handles the phone was very pleasant and professional. Dylan was my plumber, and he was polite, respectful of me and my home. He explained everything clearly and showed me the finished product to be sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Their technician arrived promptly (same day), was knowledgeable, and worked with me to identify and fix the problem, explaining every step of the process. Follow-up visit the next day (no extra charge) confirmed the repair. When there was a hiccup the next day, a Saturday, I was called back not by the on-call tech but by the person who had been there the previous day. Problem fixed over the phone (for no extra charge.) They're not inexpensive (but then what good HVAC/plumbing company is?), but 100% reliable and professional. Would use them again. Highly recommend.

Rob from Fagundes came to replace a kitchen faucet and gave us a quote on a leaking shower head. At no charge, he replaced the shower head with a hose attached unit that my wife decided she didn’t like. When we put the old one back on, it failed. So Rob went back to the truck, grabbed a new conventional shower head, and installed it—all at no extra charge beyond the faucet replacement. Now that’s going above and beyond!

Update to my earlier negative review - there had been some sort of miscommunication at their end which explains why they denied any warranty and never called back. I did reach out to them again and they shortly fixed the issue (which does appear to have been installation-related.) The tech and supervisor they sent this time were excellent.

Revising this earlier post—apparently there was a miscommunication issue which resulted in me thinking my 3-month-old toilet was out of warranty, already malfunctioning, and they were unresponsive. I did reach out again and they were unaware of the problem, extremely apologetic, and dispatched two fantastic techs the same day to fix the issue. So while I was pretty unhappy when this relatively new toilet had already failed and my first call was ignored ($1500 isn't cheap!), I will say Fagundes was super-responsive once I got to the right people, and I would call them again if I needed other plumbing work.

They found the problem promptly, repaired the defective pipe which was in the wall, re-installed the toilet, connected the shut-off pipe and valve, secured the toilet, checked for leaks and cleaned up.
