A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating Inc. is currently seeking an HVAC service technician with at least three years of field experience to service customers’ HVAC needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.

Job responsibilities include:

• Performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks in the operation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems
• Possessing good mechanical aptitude
• Having the ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
• Recognizing and locating conditions which require repair and maintenance work
• Interacting and communicating professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers
• Being thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs
• Arriving on time for work each day and managing time accordingly
• Participating in all required staff meetings and trainings

Please consider applying if you possess the following skills and experience:

Three years of journey-level experience operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment including ventilation and air conditioning equipment

• A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge, abilities, and universal EPA license
• Must possess the hand tools necessary to complete an HVAC diagnosis and repair

• Must have a current driver’s license and a good driving record as you will be driving a company vehicle to customers’ homes and businesses
• Must be professional, clean-cut, assertive, outgoing, and drug-free
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
• Must work cooperatively as part of a team environment
